Welcome to Wan 2 AI (https://wan2.ai), an AI video generation platform powered by the Wan 2.1 open-source model (also known as WanX 2.1) and other open-source technologies. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Wan 2 AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Wan 2 AI provides AI-powered video generation tools through its website. These services are subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

3. Ownership and License

All content, trademarks, code, and technology provided by Wan 2 AI are owned by Wan 2 AI or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal or commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Repackaging or reselling Wan 2 AI services in any form, including but not limited to API-style redistribution.
  • Automating access to the service for the purpose of resale or third-party delivery.
  • Misrepresenting Wan 2 AI as a backend provider of any user-created service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

4. User Data

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and share using Wan 2 AI.

7. Model and License Compliance

Wan 2 AI uses open-source models including Wan 2.1 (WanX 2.1) and others, each of which may be subject to its own licensing terms. We ensure the models used are appropriately licensed for commercial and public-facing use. However, you are responsible for understanding and complying with the output usage rights of your generated content.

8. Payments

All payments for paid services must be made through the designated payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

9. Refund Policy

We offer partial refunds for unused credits only:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Only unused credits are eligible for refund at the original purchase price
  • Used credits and consumed services are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

Refund Process:

  • All refunds are processed through the original payment method via our payment processors (Stripe or other payment providers)
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • We maintain detailed usage logs and payment records to verify credit consumption
  • Refund amounts are calculated based on our records, which track all credit usage

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria or in cases of suspected abuse.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wan 2 AI does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

Wan 2 AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wan 2 AI from any claims arising from your content or misuse of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

14. Changes to the Terms
